This award seeks to recognise campaigns, initiatives or projects created by employers in partnership with their agency to attract and retain talent from diverse or under-represented backgrounds. All entries should cover the background objectives; strategy; methodology; targets and tactics, and evidence should be provided to demonstrate that the campaign has been effective. Such evidence might consist of raised awareness of the organisation's diversity policies, internal opinion surveys, candidate response rates and details of ongoing internal initiatives that drive awareness of diversity.
