We asked entrants how they made the candidate experience as good as they expected, having excited candidates with a great piece of attraction? Entrants were also asked how the recruitment process reflects the brand, values and offer of the employer.
We asked applicants to offer evidence in the form of an application process, or other first experience a candidate has of the organisation, that leaves even unsuccessful candidates positive about the brand. Was it an assessment centre that helped to inspire as well as select? An induction process improved by feedback from exit interviews, that in turn improved retention rates? Or even an entire recruitment process, from first touch to onboarding, that delivered impressive results and supported the employer brand?
